try nature's miracle it is sold at petsmart and it is really good for removing odor left by pets any pets really . It is the best stuff right now on the market . You could also try odo-ban and it is sold at kash and karry and sams club . good luck to you . if they use it alot it will take away the odor .

Cloudy Ammonia or a strong bleach called 'hypochlorite'. I would not consider giving any 'Bond' money back to these tenants until you are satisfied they have cleaned up the whole deal of having a dog in the garage.
Also, if the lease stated no pets, they breached it. If it had no stipulation and they got a pet without seeking permission they still breached the lease. All things being equal they are responsible for ensuring the premises are in equal condition to when they leased it except for reasonable wear and tear. This does not include animals that were not known or made aware to the owner on taking up or after occupancy. They (tenants) are also responsible for a fumegation of fleas etc., through the whole of the premises as they had brought an animal onto the premises. This is standard practice and it has to be remembered there are many people with allergies to animals and the fact there has been an animal there could devalue your renting potential. Standard lease practice where animals are concerned are a priority in cases like this.
End of day they do nothing, you claim all costs against their bond money. If no bond money exchanged you have a claim in Petty Courts, just be carefull here as sometimes to bring legal action costs more than clean up. End of day via Real Estate Agents/Brokers you can give them a 'bad' tenants reputation. This is always worthwhile to use if they do not agree to 'clean up' your property prior to moving out.
Good luck and hopefully the next lot of tenants respect your property as though it was their own.

That is disgusting and I am guessing if they allow the dog to poop in the garage they won't give a damn about getting rid of the stench. You may as well wait until they are gone and gid rid once and for all.

Tell them they won't get thier security deposit back if the smell is still there.

There is an Orange smelling Nature's Miracle that should work. Soap it up and go to work. Or you can keep the deposit and hire someone to do it for you!

Good Luck

If they are leaving the dog in the garage, wallowing in it's own feces, then perhaps you should report them to the local authorities.
