Why do they tease you? Does it really matter what they are saying?

Find some friends. Strength in numbers. Ignore them. Check out the site below and go to the blog for good stories.

I know that hearing this doesn't always help, but it is nonetheless true that whatever is going on in your life right now will pass.

A sense of perspective is vitally important. How important, in the larger scheme of things, are those people who tease you?

They don't matter one iota compared to life itself.

For me, spending time outdoors in nature restores my balance.

Remind yourself that the pack behavior that is being acted out by the kids who tease you is a primitive thing, and generally based in weakness. It is a stage in development that they too will outgrow (hopefully - some never do). They band together and pick on others because they only have any strength when they are in a pack.

Do you have an adult friend/relative who you trust and like? Don't keep it bottled up inside you; it will only make it worse. Talk to a sympathetic adult about it.

When I was going through school, I got teased from about grade four to grade seven. I was very shy so I was easy to pick on. I never did talk to my parents about it. Going to school was like an ordeal where you brace yourself up to endure what the cruel kids dish out, and feel relief when the day is over. It is not a very good atmosphere to learn in. Is there a councelor at school you could talk to, or anyone at home? I know how you feel. Hang in there.

I think you need to tell someone at school about this. Do your parents know about this? Does your school have a counselor? That would be a good place to start. If not, do you have a teacher you can trust?

You shouldn't have to feel this way at school, and it's the school's responsiblilty to make sure things like this don't happen, but they can only help if you let them know there's a problem.

St John said Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world,If you are tired of putting up with it and want the right way to handle this situation then go to your parents and let them handle i,whether it was by advising you or taking care of it themselves.
I would be upset with my kids if they didn't come to me if they were being bullied.

Talk to a professional counselor. You probably have one at school. If not, there are help lines available most places. You don't want to take advice from random strangers here.

To take sadness away I pour cold champagne "Laurent Perrier Grand SIècle" in a tall Bacarat crystal glass that rapidly gets covered by dew in the moist tropical air flowing over the wooden deck of my sail boat.
