Ichthyophobia is fear of fish
Before you start - I know Whales aren't fish.
There are worse things to be afraid of,
I mean Whales are kind of easy to avoid unless you're a Japanese Whaler.
I have Unatractiphobia and work in the east end of London,
Life is a nightmare

ive looked everywhere and cant find a term for the fear of whales
here is a list of all the phobias, didnt have to time to read through
them all....it might be in there http://phobialist.com/
phobias are very real, im a hypnotherapist and deal with many phobias daily, some people find them funny, but for the sufferer they can be debilitating. it was probably caused by something you saw when u were very young, maybe on t.v or even something u overheard, or it could have been a story, but these fears tend to stick, and the subconscious takes them on board, and remembers that fear that u first felt, and then does anything within its power to try and protect you from this scarry, and what it has identified as a life thretening animal. If you go to see a hypnotherapist this glitch can be reframed and you can be free of this phobia, good luck and yr not insnane, i bet yr freind have some things that they are scared of too.....everyone does, i met someone once who was afraid of buttons.....sounds crazy but it ruined this chaps life.

those great ocean mammals use their nutrition to get clean water. although in addition they can take up water as we do. we won't be able to take up salt water because of the fact water is interested in a greater salty section. because of the fact of this whilst utilising water colours, in case you place salt on the image, it extremely is going to take up the water and shade leaving the section lighter or white returned. that's additionally why we could desire to have salt in our nutrition recurring. as quickly as we consume salt on nutrition we can positioned that salt into our cells which will help to entice greater water into them the subsequent time we drink. although, if we drink salt water that's going to be greater salty outdoors of the cells, and as a result the cells will dry out. great mammals like whales and seals are able to handle this larger salt content fabric of their water because of the fact they themselves have a severe salt content fabric. it extremely is not an issue of salt or no salt, that's a controversy of which has greater salt. on account that their bodies have greater salt interior the cells, they're able to take up water from the salty sea.

If the word existed it would be 'cetaphobia' -- however I don't think the term is officially recognized in the International Classification of Dieases (ICDM).
