I' in a foster home and live with a bunch of females. About three of them like me and one of them has an STD while another is 3 years younger than me. I have a girlfriend and plan to keep it that way. She is not present right now but I don't if she'll be coming back or not.

1)Do you have a photo of your girlfriend?
If you do talk about her and show them the picture, most girls ar not dumb when it comes to knowing if a guy likes them back or not, and this will send the mesage that you have someone else you really care about (even if your'e not sure if she's coming back....)
2)Another thing that might help is if you start treating them like your sisters and saying things like "I love you like a sister; if I had a real sister I wish she was just like you; etc"( this will only help if you are really close to them any way)
or
3) Introduce them to your mates and try to set them up with someone that you think they might like " I've got this mate , jon doe and when I told him about you he wanted to meet you , he is a really great guy......." or however you would phrase it. This way they know that you are not interested but not without sympathy for what the want.
If all else fails tell them the truth..... you like them but not that way....

If she's your girlfriend, she should be coming back... right?
If you are not interested in any of the other three girls, make sure you tell that to them, let them know that you are taken and that you only want to be friends with them. Be firm and clear with what you want, and don't give in to making special favours that may give them an impression that you want something more.

Tell them you always make it a policy not to date girls who live in foster homes with you.
My parents had a foster daugher, and man was she glad to come to their house out of the group home. I hope it's not so bad for you. Take good care.

Seems like you got your mind made up. Just tell them what is on your mind. If they are being forward with you you need to be frank with them and tell them that you are already committed and will remain faithful to that person. Do not give them cause to second guess you - like you doing special favors, any physical contact, or spending too much time with them. That will lead them to believe you want something more.

just do something to show them that you are not interested in who they are and what they do 'cos they will try to get your attention and if they see that you are not that caring as they thought, then, they will draw back
