Right next to west minister bridge. You can walk from London Bridge station in about 10 minutes. If you find Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Houses of parliment, you can see the London Eye. You can't miss it. Its huge.

On the south bank next to the old London County Council building and adjacent to Westminster Bridge. Closest tube is Westminster (Jubilee and District/Circle lines).
