i think you are using your position at work unfairly coz you are prying into people's private lives. but to answer your question, you cant see it from the outside unless you can catch them unawares doing the act. usually people who do that make sure than no one is around them and they can do it privately, it slike having sex, people will always want to do it in a private place unless of course we consider some cases where people are not even shy to do that in public, some rare cases though!
