replace stairs: 4 days
new kitchen 7 days
new bathroom, 7 days
combi, 3 days.
This assumes a lot but its -+ 25% OK
it also asumes the rooms are existing and already used for old kitchen and bathroom ( i.e. plumbing and drainage is there )

To replace a ( single ) staircase, if wooden straight replacement - 1 day.
New kitchen ( including tiling throughout and some plumbing and wiring ) - 2 to 3 weeks.
New bathroom ( including tiling ) - 1 - 2 weeks.
New boiler ( presumably pump and controls too ) - 1 day.
It may be possible to have more than one thing done at once - think programme of works. Remember things like water, gas and electric being turned off. Ask the contractor to leave your supply on, if possible, until they are ready to connect the new boiler / sink / toilet etc.
Make sure of exactly what is to be done for what cost, things like removal of rubbish etc and retain some of the money from each contractor until the work is completed to your satisfaction.

This is definitely a very vague question. Assuming you're contracting out the work I would say 2-3 days for the stairs, 6-8 weeks on the kitchen, 4-6 on the bathroom and 1-2 days for the boiler. This estimate includes demo and waste removal/cleanup.
Always over estimate, this way when things go better than expected you're happy. Instead of giving yourself a tight timeline and then running way over and stressing yourself out.
Make sure to do all of your homework and allow for an extra 20% or more in your budget for both money and time.
Best of luck to you!

What kind of staircase? Is it straight, does it have kites (bends)?
Tiling? How much tiling is there? i.e how many square metres?
Combi boiler: Storage tanks have to be removed, both hot and cold hot and cold. You might have to re-route pipe work in which case you would need to lift the floorboards.
My other half is a builder. He got wound up cause i asked him this question. Too vague he said ...

all depends on the size of ur kitchen, if it needs plumbing work etc, i would said ur looking at at least a good months work there, like i said depends on the sizes of the rooms, the type of stiars ur putting in, the type of boiler and how much time and money u have to spend on all the jobs. just fitting a kitchen alone could take up 2 a month alone.

My husband just did all those things and a few more. It took us a year. Of course it was a do it yourself project, no outside help. Came out great, it was worth the time spent although there were times during the year that I did not think so.

You would be wise to allow a builder six weeks for the lot. I have worked on my kitchen for four months and I still have a bit left to do

if you have the cash, it will take you a bout one month to 2 month, if you get all the labour say builder and the Palmer and make sure they have a certificate from the health and safety that should be OK for a two month work.
