One the body receives a certain substance to they body with any relaxer or painkiller, it will take a dependance to it and when you stop drinking the usual substance it will ask you for it and if you don't have it at the established time your body will get down because of it.
Try not to have a dependance to it, try to drink as maximum, one cup of coffe per day.

I get the same addiction, with the same symptoms. About the only way I've been able to kick the habit is to go Cold Turkey off coffee, and live with the dizziness, nausea, faintness, and crashing headache for a few hours. When that's all over, I'm un-addicted. You'd want to do this on a weekend day so you didn't collapse in school.

If you are worried about the caffeine, then you need to stop the coffee, chocolate, most sodas (Dr. Pepper & Mountain Dew have the most) and tea. If you like the taste of coffee there is a wonderful one made by Folgers that is called Half Caff. It has half the caffeine.

Expect for its caffeine content, coffee is also not kind to your stomach. You are too young for 2 cups of coffee a day, try to cut them down to half a cup or no cup at all, there are other drinks that can healthily stimulate you!

Just wean yourself off caffeine gradually. Caffeine is actually a very addictive drug, if you stop having it altogether you will go through withdrawal and have flu-like symptoms. Just drink less coffee week by week until it is at the level you think is right for you.
