If it's true then how do you use it?

Yes, it is true that honey is good at healing acne.

The honey acts as a natural antibiotic (a pimple is a small infection of the skin), and also provides a barrier -- preventing other germs and dirt from penetrating it.

First, wash your face. Then take a small dab of honey and rub it on the affected area. Allow it to stay on. Wash and repeat about every four hours.

It will take a couple of days, but you will be surprised that it really works!

Good luck to you, and God Bless.

it is true because of the things in honey. however, the simplest way to avoid pimples is to wash it and NEVER touch it! i know from past experiences, if ur fingers are on your forehead 24-7, the bacteria and sweat on your hands would be put onto your head! and pus(white stuff that squirts out) is made up of oils and bacteria. so just don't touch anything! when you wash it, wash thouroughly, perhaps with good soaps. never use oil film! it spreads the facial oil! the cliniques are a waste of money and painful.... don't do it! i noe because of experience! trust every word i say!
