Just go to a medical supply shop and buy a bunch of syringes and then go to a hobby store, bead shop, or science store and buy test tubes.
Anything can go in Test Tube Shots (Kamikazes, Fuzzy Navels, etc.). Jello shots are made by following the recipe on the back of a JELL-O box, replacing half the water with vodka (or higher-octane boozes if you so desire).

In the condiment section of larger supermarkets around here, they sell a Cajun- flavored, INJECTABLE marinade. It comes with a very large syringe perfect for injecting larger amounts into fruits or other foods. It's actually made for meats. I can't think of the brand, but they make several Cajun spices and sauces.
If you're making jello shots, you don't need a syringe.

I had the perfect place for you, but then you said not on line. When I started up my home bar, I couldn't find anything. Call up some bartending schools in your area and ask them where they got all of their stuff. They'll be all to happy to give their contacts a plug.
