I have a pedometer and I am making an exel document of how many steps I do per day according to the pedometer. I am oganizing it my the higest scores. Can I add another line on an exel document in the middle of the sheet?To add the scores in order of the the numbers from higest score to lowest score?

right-click on the row label where you want to insert the line and select Insert.

For example:

If you need to insert a line between row 10 and 11 then you have to right-click on Row Label 11.

Put your cursor on the line that you want to insert a row above.
Then on the tool bar, use the insert option or use alt/I if you can't find it.

Why don't you just add the number to the bottom then do a data sort?
