First of all, get your child tested for ADHD. Your family doctor should be able to give you a referral for this. If your child is shown to have ADHD, you will need to schedule an IEP meeting (Intervention Education Program). From there recommendations will be made and you can bring your questions up at that point.

are you looking for a diagnosis? or support with a child with ADD/ADHD? For a diagnosis, you will need to speak to your Doctor. Try and make the appointment without the child initially so you can talk about the things that concern you, you may have to then attend together so a general medical can be given. There are other conditions that can cause similar problems. Usually you would be referred to a paediatrician, some one hopefuly who has experience of the condition so thet can do the necessary evaluation. Its not just as simple as a blood test diagnosis it can take months. They will need a history of behaviour, medical conditions, family history. Input usually from Schools and Health visitors and you will be asked to complete a connors test. Its a indicator on the childs behaviour kind of asking how often the child may behave in a certain way.
Once a diagnosis is made you have to fight tooth and nail for the system not just label you, and thats that. Everything from Educational Statements, to educating family, friends and even on occassion health workers.
Im not sure, I havent met any parent who has a child refered to Great Ormand Street for ADHD, I went to the national confrence in Ipswich last year and met a few families. There is a huge support network via Websites MKADHD Milton Keynes has a good one, theres stacks of literature available written by medical experts, and sufferers, so if it is support you need it is out there.
I do appreciate depending on where you live effects the kind of help you get.
Try this link they organised the confrence last year it may be of some help. http://www.mkadhd.org.uk/home.htm
Good Luck

You would have to go through your local doctor, and probably a (local hospital) consultant, too.
Incidentally, it's Great Ormond Street (Grt Ormond St)
