Ketchup, definitely ketchup.
But not on eggs, I can't look at eggs that have ketchup, not sure why!!
In the past couple of months I have started to try mustard and it is growing on me, but I don't think I will ever change from a ketchup girl

Mustard is healthier for you. Ketchup has sugar and the salt in it is terrible for you. One packet of McDonalds Ketchup is equivilant to the salt on a large order of fries!

Both are good! Mustard is zero cal and helps the metabolism though, Ketchup is just sugar and tomatos.

mainly ketchup but when I do use mustard it has to be the spicy brown, can't stand regular yellow mustard
