atheist believe this life is all they got, so they should be treated first? theist believes there is a better life after the suffereing so let them go?

Yes, and more than that it would have an additional benefit. The average IQ of the human race would slowly increase.
If theists really believed the rubbish they talked about if one of them said to you hey my wife just died you'd say 'Oh really? Congratulations.'

No. I don't think people should be prioritized according to their beliefs. That is a ridiculous idea. Even if you ignore the immorality and unfairness in it, it wouldn't work. A lot of people wouldn't hesitate to lie in order to move up on the priority list and how the heck are you going to know someone's religion anyway if they come in unconscious and are not wearing anything that points out their beliefs?
People shouldn't be discriminated against on grounds of their beliefs. If someone is looking forward to heaven and is in a rush to get there, they can refuse treatment. The government, hospitals or society should not meddle in with their choice. They should be treated like everybody else.

Absolutely NOT. Religious belief should not determine priority. Medical need is the ONLY factor that should be involved in making decisions over who is treated first.

Who cares what someone believes in. If someone is seriously hurt, they should go into the ER first. It should be by severity, not by belief.

we separate religion from most aspects of life. including medical treatment
otherwise, we would let them pray for help from god rather than from people

im an athiest so i dont belive there is a god (no duh) so in my opinion, a christians life is all they have aswell and should therefore be treated the same as athiests, no matter what they belive
