What do you mean by "women"? What characteristics are you looking for? What age? etc. I ask this because you stated "women" and not female humans. When I think of a "woman" I think of a strong, elegant, intelligent, giving, nurturing, dutiful, responsible, classy, self-sufficient, humble, female human being over the age of 20. Then the answer for me is a definite YES! There is a shortage of available "women".

and there I was thinking it was the other way around! I'm a woman, (and a cute one at that - pardon the vanity, but whats wrong with a bit of honesty?!) I am unattached - but not available - commitment phobia and all you know... are you having difficulty in finding someone - the old cliche' .... "looking in all the wrong places" ... I know more available women than available MEN.

So i guess the answer is nope . There tend to be more women than men usually .. ..
Urm maybe u need to try harder , to be out there hanging with more gals , out for more dates hence chances of getting a gf wud be higher ..Gd luck :P

funny thing....i just read a thing about that in the National Geo magazine and majority of single woman are mid east all the way to the east coast. California actually was one of the worst places for single woman....so head East!! good luck.
