No, it doesn't. Every "animal" that you see that has a brain has some sort of intelligence.
Everything "works together in its ecosystem" because everything that didn't died before it could reproduce.

Well theists postulate an intelligent designer so they can stop thinking, right? Theists like to pass the buck, switch off their brains and relax believing that there is intelligence out there in the universe, they just don't want to contribute to it.
If a scientist can't explain something immediately and completely - then say 'god did it' - Hey I wonder if that would work for the police in murder enquiries...
Oh, I didn't read the sub-question - there may be up to 100,000,000 life forms on this planet, you might need to double that to embrace all varieties of bacteria and archaea but that means 10 the 8th power. Your numbers are way off.
Why are we here? We evolved. I don't understand if you're arguing against exactly. Its a common misunderstanding that animals form a natural balance with their ecosystem - its only dynamic equilibrium. You might want to look it up.
Its interesting that you're so contemptuous of a mere puddle of slime - I've read about behaviour in slime moulds that would put a theist to shame.

This Anthony Silva guy doesn't sound very bright, does he? Or honest?
"10 to the 30th power kinds of life on Earth"?
That has to be one of the most incorrect numeric claims I've ever heard. Why would anyone come up with a number that wrong, except perhaps because he thought that using "to the 30th power" made it sound more scientific?
Once again, mind-boggling ignorance from the creationists, and deliberate lies.

we are not the only intelligent species on earth, just the most intelligent.
and, being the top predator, we have made great efforts to insure that nothing else will surpass us, especially anything with a dangerous level of intelligence.
and any form of life that becomes too successful, and dominates it's ecosystem, throws it out of balance, until usually it destroys it's ecosystem and itself with it.
We, the intelligent humans, are doing the same with our ecosystem, but that ecosystem is the whole world.

"Of the 10 to 30th power kinds of life on Earth, only humans have
intelligence"
well, you start off by a false statement. This is a good beginning.
"Why are we here'
why is a very human question, but nature doesn't care about why. Nature only cares about 'how'. and 'how' in this case is 'through natural selection'. Class dismissed.

true evolution is radically flawed and it pains me to see so many fooled by its falacy. evolution doesn't warrant the need for a psychological growth that is only increasing in nature, which is an undisputed occurrence, it only warrants the need for physical growth which is decaying in nature, or the basic instinct to survive. why then did evolution only grant humans the capacity to learn and grow on a mutidimensional level? both evolution and creationism agree that animals preceded humans. so it is not a matter of stagnent or delayed evolution in animals, if evolution did grant us the capacity for psychological growth, then animals would be vastly superior to humans.

I think the thumb and the voice box had something to do with mans intelligence.
I do agree that man is above all else and we have God to thank for that,
That is,God created the natural order.

Your presupposition is incorrect.
Chimps are intelligent as well, if only to a lesser degree.
