why do you use it and what does it mean???

firecat-m - incase you never read the question properly the quotation marks mean that it is quoted from how the person wrote it not edited obviously its you with the problem understanding english not me ay!

These are people coming in here to earn points and nothing than that so what they do when they do not know the answer they just copy your answer to answer the question in order to earn points but what yahoo does to this case is check who was the first to post the question then delete the rest.

Different people are allowed to use the same words in whatever order they like.
If you see the same phrase used by many people.... maybe it's a popular phrase?

As for meaning, perhaps if your English skills were a little better then we would know what the phrase is!

ive seen one girl use that a few minutes ago. it seems like a personal response and not a popular phrase generally used. however if u hav seen many ppl use it, then i am also curious.

techinically, "20/f" means that their age is 20yrs and their gender is female. and obviously "holla back" means that you are expected to reply to them.
