Forget the my little johnny would never take E.

Or only bad people do.

It makes people hug and be friendly and not be violent and dance and want to be friends, creating great atmospheres and people dance all night getting slim and fit.

Your arguments wont wash with them as they dont see mates collapsing or taking other stuff.

But as popular somones taking it and you kids are the same as everyone else ... so any dinner with lots of salt in it may counter dangerous side effects which tend to affect girls more if the kid takes this when out clubbing as an alternative to alcohol which tends to induce violence, and makes you fat.

Ie may save your kids life without them knowing what you are up to.

Proper discussions also help that are HONEST

Remeber the boy who cried wolf. Lie about dope turning you to hroin by the end of the week and they dont see that happen. They think you are a lier or idiot

As think your lieing agin... only this time like the boy who cried wolf you aint lying.

How many have open discussions acknowledging positive effects of say E ie everyone hugging , then going into the side effects on a is it worth it argument? And how to minimise them ie dont drink lots of water...

And how many who know better would try the salt trick and slip electroylte in the drink or food...

Just in case.

Oh and do know what talking about... These may help you too. Helps to know more then your kid.

Never said it was harmless and the sports drinks are still about balancing out minerals.

Best not to take it at all and let everyone else hug you.

But its for parents more this one in how they can help

thanks for posting this! can never have enough info on the subject of teens and dope. another thing i used to tell my oldest when i KNEW she was partying, but was lying...was to NEVER DRASTICALLY CHANGE YOUR BODY TEMP. when doing something like meth or coke. doing those drugs will cause people to sweat, and if it's summertime, people will be tempted to jump into a cool pool or lake....don't do it, can be fatal. even taking a cool shower can send a hot, drug infested body into cardiac arrest. when i was younger, 3 kids were up all night doing coke. they got over-heated and decided to jump into the pool to cool off. 2 of them collapsed and died , one right after getting in, the other after getting out of the pool. their hearts couldn't take the change in body temp.

Thats quite a rant, who rattled your cage? I have regularly used MDMA for about four years now, and I wouldn't paint such a rosey picture as yourself.

Whilest I do love the effects, and compared to alchohol it kicks ****, but you should be aware of what is waiting around the corner.

I have had to cut back from every weekend because one day it catches up with you, usually a tuesday or wednesday. The Midweek blues that make you feel like you have lost your soul! (not kiddin either) you fall into a deep depression where nothing seems to matter, and the whole world is against you.

I still do it, but I would be careful about recomending it as a non-harmful product, also sorry to pick holes, but a salty meal before a session is very unlikely to prevent Hyponatremia, as eating salt before will only serve to make you more thirsty and likely to drink more water during the session, which make you lose your salt through sweat or urination. Best to encourage drinking some sports drinks.

Anyway safe raving pal, im off to see Eddie Halliwell this weekend
