I do a lot of cardio and weight training, and am just wondering how
fat actually escapes the body?
Like do we sweat it out? poo it out? pee it out? or does it all happen inside?

best answer chosen as always, thanks:p

1. In a way you eat yourself, well, eat your reserves in the form of fat, which you digest and poo out.
2. When you do your cardio, and you are burning your reserves, just like any combustion process, you produce carbon dioxide and water. You exhale your carbon dioxide and sweat (or wee) the water out.
3. If you suddenly feel you've just eaten a meal while exercising (or feeling that for a while after exercise) you can be sure that you are actually burning your fat because your stomach and brain think that you've just eaten a meal, so that's a good sign that you are working hard.

Fat is burnt off in energy. For example, if you do a lot of exercise the fat in your body is needed for energy. Same with eating less, your body needs that stored fat so your body will just end up burning it off!

Your body taps in to the fat cells to get the energy stored there when you need it. It all happens on a cellular level. Fat cells are like storage facilities, when you need the extra fuel, your body takes it from the fat cells and converts it back to sugar which is your bodies fuel. Like an extra gas tank, your fat is like a reserve tank.

Pee I believe. Which is why you need lots of water to flush
out the fat otherwise the body cant as easilly get rid of it.

when you exercise, you burn the fat, usually it breaks down in your body and comes through either poo or pee, so it usually good to drink lots of water after a workout to flush it through your system
