You should sincerely follow two pronged efforts simultaneously!

FIRST: DIET CONTROL

1) STOP taking fatty items like BUTTER, CHEESE, ALL KINDS OF FRIED ITEMS, MEAT HAVING FAT LIKE PORK, MUTTON, CHICKEN WITH SKIN, BISCUITS, CAKES, ICE CREAMS, DRY FRUITS. Reduce sugar intake until u loose your weight.

2) Take cooked food in small quantities, 4 times a day instead of large 3 times a day.

3) To fill stomach u can have raw vegetable salads, they fill your stomach and they are easily digestable, absolutely NO FAT in it.

4) If u feel hungry, even after taking small course of meal, fill stomach with water, keep drinking water till the time for next meal.

2) EXERCISE:

U need to do regular exercise like walking or skipping or 'bitaks' (like we do infront of God Ganesha) for half an hour a day atleast, to burn the extra calories and loosen the mussles! DONT OVERDO!

It will be difficult to follow, in the beginning, regularly. But, once u discipline yourself you will find it easy and automatically u will start doing it regularly.

I agree with the pushups, but let me add a few things. First of all mass/muscle is gained by increasing resistance with lower repetitions. Pushups are an excellent exercise, but keep the pace slow (atleast 3 seconds down and another 3 seconds back up) Vary the width of your grip from near to wide to add a variety to the workout. Don't forget to find some cardiovascular exercise that you enjoy as that will keep your body fat low. Most emportantly don't forget to enjoy the world around you. First of all you have to do something to get rid of teh layer of fat that is ontop of your muscles and under your skin. Run, jog, ride a bike, for 30 minutes, so that it will double your heart rate. Do this a couple of times a week. And after you do your cardiovascular work out, lift weights and improve your muscle. once that fat is gone your muscles will be visible and be prepared to be rushed by girls.

Take atleast two glasses of pineapple juice daily and two glasses of tea made of two to three hibiscus (hibiscus rosasinensis) flowers provided your are not allergic to the flower. Also take lots of bananas and sufficient amounts of garlic cooked with other food.You should get fat in two to three months.
