you need to really go to a health food shop and buy some substitute drink which will have all the vitamins and minerals you need, you could also do with getting an appointment with your doctor to try and get to the root cause of your depression - good luck with it all and well done for being able to ask a question about it - hope this helps

My dear, although you may take comfort in the knowledge that vitamins help to boost your RDA for each, it is not properly addressing the fact that you have a slight eating disorder. There is no fault under the circumstances that your appetite dissapears under stress, as it does with many people, but it is proven that this leads to full blown eating dissorders such as bulimia and aneorexia. It is a feeling of control over something when things are uncontrolable else where. Try to sort out what it is that makes you turn to this, address it and come to a compromise, to which everyone is happy, and your eating habbits will return to normal. Try not to get obsesed with weighing yourself either. When you choose not to eat, this will obviuosly show in your weight over a period of time. Sometimes people see the weight loss accompanied by lack of eating and think that they can continue as they have been. Needless to say that unless you sort the real problem out, this could extend into something that can affect your health. When a woman's weight is dramaticaly low, bodily fuctions such as ovulation, menstrual cycle and ovaries are often the first to stop working correctly. Following that , your body slowly shuts down each less important organ, to save energy for what your body has to do, such as the use of bladder, kidneys, heart and lungs. This is why so many helpless people, who dont necessarily know what could happen whilst choosing this option are hospitalised. Think about yourself for a change, think about what is best for you and do it hun, please.

Vitimins help keep up our daily requirment but you should seek medical advice if your eating habits continue. If the body does not receive the nourishment it requires it goes into shock and stores whatever fat it has. You will become more depressed and ill. If this only lasts a few days then you get apeptite back not so bad but take some nourishing drinks such as ' Nutriment' too.
