The best diet is a high protein, low carbohydrate food diet. If you know your blood type, you can balance the diet from that as certain types of food should be avoided all depending on your blood.
Avoid anything with white sugar, pasta, and white bread.
It takes a while before your body adjust to the new diet, so you might have some cravings, but they will stop after a few days.

Try too keep busy and go for a walk at least a couple of miles a day and get it into your routine. Exercise is good for the body and mind.

You might also want to do a detox to get rid of some of the poison in your body, but never detox for more that a week. Best of luck!

The best diet is always one you can enjoy. Slim-fast or other meal replacements can be a simple start to cutting calories out of your diet if you enjoy the flavor. The simplest formula is, "burn more calories than you consume". Depending on what your diet is like now it may be possible that taking a walk just 20-30 minutes every other day might be able to make the change in order to keep your weight steady. Find a hobby/exercise that you enjoy and keep an eye on snacking/eating late at night. A few small changes may be all it takes. Find a friend to support you along the way and don't forget to enjoy the world. Be Well! Cheers!

For starting, you need to find alternatives for the most fatty foods on ur menu everyday. Cut down the amount of calories intake in each meal. For example cut down on ur lunch ( take away some meat and more varitiies in green food) and dinner ( take less fat and high fibre) . Eat a high fibre breakfast. Grab some fruits in between before your lunch so that your stomach does not starve.
There are many websites that can help you calculate calories in eeach of your meals. You daily calorie intake is based on your routine as well.
There is one tips that I would like to share, eat fruits before ur proper meal so it will cut down on the amount u take for the meal and also eat fruit after ur meal.
Drinks a lot of water. Let your body get used to the calorie reduced food on every meal. Then start scheduling for exercise which will increase ur metabolism rate. Keep constant calculation of your calorie intake everyday.
GOod luck

About 90% of people who go on a diet put the wieght back on afterwards. You need to re-educate your eating habits.
Less fatty foods, more fruit and veg. More exercise. That's the secret.
Good Luck!

Hah i have the perfect solution.
*NO FIRED FOODS: french fries, FAST FOOD burgers, etc.
*Avoid uneccssary sauces.
--NO: cheese sauce, mayo, guacamole, sour cream, heavy gravy, ect
--OK: mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce, hot sauces, etc
*Avoid extra fatty foods: creamy soups & chowders, butter, margarine, etc.
*Use PAM BRAND spray when cooking, not oil
*Avoid unesccessary sugary foods and high-caloric drinks.
--No: soda, pastries, added sugar to coffee
--No syrup on pancakes or french toast, use jam/jelly instead
*no bread and sugar at night & wait 2-3 hours before going to bed
*Choose your food wisely. Go ahead and eat a burger, but choose a better quality burger/meat. (A 5 star restraunt over mcdonalds)
*Portion your meals. Eat more often (4-5/daily) but smaller at each meal.
Examples:
1: you want a burger. Avoid the double cheeseburger deal at Mcdonald's and get a bigger, better quality burger from a burger joint (like fudruckers or clown alleY) but dont add fatty sauces
2: Go ahead and get a super size burrito or 12 inch subway, but cut it into 1/3's and eat one section every couple of hourss. Again no mayo, guacamole or sour cream, salsa, bbq sauces ok.
Do something to double your heart rate for 30 minutes a couple of times a week.
Dont use nacho cheese dip because it has oil in it. EXAMPLE: Pizza cheese hardens over night, nacho cheese always stays consistent.
Watch your carbs.

Drink as much water as possible your meant to drink about eight litres a day it really works. fruit, veg., you know all the healthy stuff. keep away from junk food as much as possible but dont have to deny yourself if you have urge and drink plenty of water afterwards. you get all of the enjoyment but its flushed out of your body quickly. if you eat few small meals a day or 3 big meals. eating healthy is good for your body, you loose weight and keep it off and you dont have to punish yourself. and plenty of exercise.
