Have you considered seeing a doctor for this? Sometimes out of control anger can be part of a mood disorder.

If you get angry too much or little then what you can do is become silent for some time with your eyes closed and try to breath normally as we breath fast when we get angry. Second method is you just find a place which is quite (no one should disturb you) and stay there till you cool down. Third method is try to sleep for a while in a quite place. But remember one thing that do not do any thing wrong when angry which may lead to trouble. Try to relax in these way you will find good results.

Don't you know anger is usually about ourselves! Not observing simple things, birds, children, the sky.
This is real serious, as you indicate.
Sit down and breath. Take a walk.
Look, really you are in horrible place. Nothing said to you makes much sense, and get commit ed to a mental treatment program.

Situations of your getting anger
Follow a hadith from Prophet Mohammad SWT. This is likely follwing:
a. If you are in a standing position during getting anger, then remeber Allah and sit down as quick as possible
b. If you are in a sitting position during getting anger, then remember Allah and just lay down on your bed or elsewhere as quick as possible
c. If you are in a laying position during getting anger, then remember Allah and just stand up.
Explanation: Just remember Allah, who has great virtue of patience and change your physical position as well. Remembering Allah lets your mind to think of patience and changing your current physical position will let you to obey the rightfullness. Because anger really comes from Devils and changing your physical position is the meaning of neglecting those devils.

well, what good is shouting going to do? Then we would be out of control...when you get angry, go for a long walk, and start praying for the Good Lord to calm you down, and to forgive those that make you so crazy that you lose your temper, that is what I always do, and it always calms me right down.. but you must ask in Jesus' name.
