Actually, garlic in massive enough quantities or in the form of herbal supplements can interfere with your body's ability to clot appropriately. Combined with aspirin or other blood thinners, you could potentially develop bleeding disorders. . .if you are bruising more than normal, cut back but generally consumption of garlic is safe (don't add herbal garlic supplements though)

garlic is actually good for you. good for the heart and good for lowering cholesterol, but like anything else in this world, i suppose too much of anything can be bad.
