Sounds to me you've been stressed out. You might want to speak with your doctor as this might be a health problem that can be easily corrected with a prescription or perhaps a referral for some counseling. Best wishes.

I am the same way... up late night or early in the morning... My mother was the same way and so is my aunt (her sister). So I asked my doctor (physic for sleeping pills), he said it is an inherited trait and it is the "thought process”. Also nothing could be done to change it and it is (so build your life around it...) work afternoons or midnight... Walmart is open 24 hours to (((GIGGLE))).I worked midnights and afternoon, others find it is fulfilling, there are a lot of people out there that have this problem, don't worry it is normal, IT IS NOT A PROBLEM. If you have a ‘hubby’ or a ‘boy friend’… that is pressuring you to change your sleeping habits, just tell him to grin and bare it cuz “it’s a package deal” and if you can live with it… so accept it cuz you are!

Let me know if this helps.

Get up earlier. If you are late because you are tired, then go to bed earlier, too. Also, try to mix up your routine until you find what wakes you up the fastest. I have to have a hot cup of coffee to get moving, but my husband is not awake until he takes a shower. Find a routine that works well for you.

Also, get as many things ready the night before as you can. Lay out your clothes so you don't have to search for socks or lost shoes in the morning. Pack your bag or briefcase and put it in the trunk of your car so it is already waiting for you. Then you don't have to spend time tracking things down or returning home to retrieve left items.

Key factor, don't say you gonna still lay just for 5 minutes cos you know that 5 minutes is gonna turn into 1/2 hour, just get up as soon as your alarm goes, put on the radio or any music that sets your mood, get into the shower as soon as you get up and then you all set and ready to go and if you don't make a start now its going to carry on.

go to your bed early... round about 10pm to 11pm... put an alarm for getting off the bed at 7am... you would have 8 hours sleep that is sufficient...
