Exercise, sex and St. John's Wort. DHEA also works but is not advised if you have high blood pressure. In the good old days they used to prescribe Valerian root but not sure if it's available presently.

in other word the lack of sleep. basiclly before using any drugs its best to see the cause. If you have been under lot of stress talk to some one or get professional help. you can try some aromatheraphy before sleeping or a massage. if its serius see a doctor. he will prescribe some sleeping tablets

Sex always does it for me. Also, a little bit of alcohol works pretty well, too, like a few sips of Baileys. Strenuous exercise works for some people, especially if you have stress in your life that's keeping your mind running in overdrive.

JUST EAT IODINE-RICH FOOD. anemia as well as insomnia,as i have learned is caused by lack of iodine.
eat more iodized salt>>>hehehe!just kidding>.
