Many dietitians believe that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day....
For breakfast it is best to have a protein rich content, fresh fruits, milk, yogurt... all are good.
You should avoid having an oily breakfast because it can make you sleepy and lethargic at the start of the day!
As an end note I would like to add that those who don't take breakfast are at increased risk of developing ulcers in the stomach... when you skip breakfast digestive acids stay in your stomach for a prolonged period which may damage the inner lining of the stomach.

For breakfast, well for me there is nothing better then a cup or two of good strong coffee, double double, and although I am trying to get in shape I must use cream, I do however only use 5%...and the most days I go for a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, what can I say, they are taste......but on special occasions I love scrabbled eggs, bacon and toast, with a glass of Tropicana orange juice to wash it down....I hope I answered your question....have a good one........

Eggs in a box from "V for Vendetta". It's easy, take a piece of bread, take out the middle ( not all of the middle you need some bread left). And then crack an egg in the middle of the bread (where the hole is). Salt & Pepper and flip till its cooked, and there you go, great breakfast snack.
Or scrambled eggs with tomato is awesome too!

Whatever's available.
Most days I only have toasts n jam.
I manage to switch menu. It could be oatmeal, omelette, scrambled eggs on toast, fried rice, fried noodles, cereal, or a full English breakfast on weekends.

Nothing, I think breakfast is overrated and some people eat in the morning just because, like some people eat at noon because they think its lunch. You should eat when you're hungry.

Umm, this is so bad, but I've been doing it for years. Diet coke. It used to be plain diet coke and now it is diet coke with Lime. I love the stuff. I'm too busy getting kids up and out the door for school, my husband off to work to make something for myself. Plus, I just really don't like to eat early in the morning.

Darn - forgot to have it again. My new years resolution was to start eating breakfast - even if it meant taking a banana with me. Managed it once.
