I work on a Friday and Saturday night in a bar. I too gave up my full time job as a dental nurse to be a full time mum. I now work harder that before and don't get paid!My job is perfect for us as my husband is home at 6pm and I start work at 8pm, I don't have to rely on babysitters. It meant that our social life took a bit of a back seat but when we do go out we enjoy it much more. We applied for working/child tax credit but were not eligible. People criticise mums who work and put their child into child care but some do not realise that these mums need the money. If you can afford to, I would advise that you stay at home or go part time, its very rewarding to spend time with your child and time flies, my daughter starts school after the summer and it seems like yesterday that she was born. Good Luck with the rest of your pregnancy and whatever you decide.

Try Avon or virgin vie or something like that. Avon is pretty easy and doesn't take up too much time. And fiddle jobs too e.g cleaning holiday cottages etc. Ebay also is a fab thing to do but will take up a fair amount of your time.

Find a few things to sell on Ebay. Its a pretty good way to make yourself a few extra quid. See if any members of family or friends have anything they dont want anymore and sell them.

Depends what you are good at. Personally I'm a self-employed bookkeeper.
