"troublemaker" has many translations and synonyms in Hungarian, for example: bajkeverő, rendbontó and ALMOST all the other words that the previous answerers mentioned.
in this case we never say "rendbontó", as it means someone who makes much more bigger troubles than a child, for example a riotous or a demonstrator. also we would not say ünneprontó, bajcsináló.
i think your mother would use e.g. bajkeverő, rossz, rosszaság, rosszcsont, gézengúz.
"bajkeverő" has a little bit negative meaning, it is used when you are a real troublemaker :-) and your mother is very very angry. literally it means someone who mixes or stirs the troubles (i.e. in a big pot or something, like a bad wizard or witch) and assumes that you did the trouble on purpose.
"rossz" simply means bad.
"rosszaság" is the nickname or pet name of "rossz", it is rather positive than negative, you say it when your child (or dog) does something bad, and you warn him but you are still smiling :)
"rosszcsont" has the same meaning as "rosszaság", literally it means: bad bone, when your child totally bad, even his bones :), but the word is still rather positive.
and finally, "gézengúz" does not have any perfect English translations, i also do not know what the hell is its origin in Hungarian, although im Hungarian, but its meaning is almost the same as "rosszcsont". it is rather positive, you say it to your child when he is a bit difficult, makes you troubles etc. but at heart, you really love it.
in your case, if your mother starts the sentence with "Oh, don't be such a......", i think she would use rossz, or rosszcsont. She would not use gézengúz, because if she starts it with "don"t", it means that she did not love the trouble that you made :)

Troublemaker = bajkeverő... but it's not really used for kids.
Scoundrel = csirkefogó
Mischievous = csintalan
Rascal = rosszcsont
That's all I can think of now... check this dictionary if you have more guesses:

in this context, i have self belief it ability 'upon.' the toddler's grandfather turned right into a "tremendous officer of the State" (so his mom's component of the family members become substantial and influential). His mom's component of the family members idea very exceedingly of the toddler (his impact upon them become tremendous), and they assumed he may be the inheritor. apparently, in this society, the inheritor is chosen through the Emperor. So the mummy is worried that the expectancies of her family members would actual artwork adversarial to the toddler's possibilities of being the targeted inheritor (as a results of politics, jealousy, or maybe if between the Emperor and the mummy's component of the family members).
