You fellows are acting like kids! Are you blind folded? The happenings in Bangalore are the makings of politicians, not any Hindu or Muslim person! Are you nuts? I am peaceful citizen of India, I am living my life, how interested would I be in going and burning down someones house without expecting the same in return??? Indians are fools, we dint see that there is nothing in this to be gained except political mileage and blaming comm unites. Muslims are resented everywhere in the world. But India is different, we are not like the rest of the world. We must teach all sections of society something so integral to India : "Sarv dharma samabhav"
Have you seen a newly wed bride and her new mother-in-law, both of them look at each other with suspicion till someone breaks the ice. If each of them treat other with love and respect the same feeling will be reciprocated. If each distrust each other you imagine the family!
A country can progress only if all their sections are given a fair share and participation in the a country's resources. Why did leaders like Gandhi and S Chandra Bose becomes so successful, because they never thought or considered the country to be divided along caste lines. Politicians are a bunch of monkeys, who want a share of the country's bounty for themselves. Once they come to power each one will think only of filling their pockets. Let us think of real issues and not religion. One more point: This has been repeated time and again, that Shivaji Nagar in Bangalore was known for its religious tolerance and harmony, so why this problem?

The general public simply cannot generate such a colossal uprising without being instigated by the politicians. The politicians are to be indubitably blamed for the entire ruckus that shattered the reputation of Bangalore as a peace-loving city. The rally organized by certain forum led by politicians came three weeks after Saddam Hussein’s execution and failed to attract any sort of mention in the world media. By instigating people to unnecessarily riot, the politicians are only ending up killing innocent people and destroying public property. They should refrain from such sort of activities that cause so much of mass misery.

What I understand from the media is that the Muslim wanted to take a rally protesting against the hanging of Saddam Hussain and when the rally was in progress, they vandalised the VHP and properties of the Hindus. How funny it is that the Muslims in India should protest against an action on which India had no control.

What happened in Bangalore was a utter shameful act by the politicians. Just to get back their fading popularity they used this sensitive issue for looting and killing and creating unrest. Basically it is not an issue with hindus or muslims..it is the problem with our politicians..who at the cost of general public want to retain the power. Saddam lived in the far away Iraq,,he died also inthe far away Iraq. He didnot die for the cause of the religion, hindus didnot kill him. Still his issue killed a innoscent boy of 11 years who was taking care of his small sister. Now she is left with no support as they dont even have parents. Who is responsible?

Nowadys these type of disturbances taking place every where in the country in one way or the other. The reasons are being well known, it is the result of attitude of responsible citizens looking for every solution in politicians. Unnecessarily we are making them inevitable leaders by showing them unwanted importance, showing great respects not for their good deeds/great achievements but for their positions they held. This has made them to fell that they are above all barriers/law/consideration.
Even with all these empowerments by the Constitution/government and with most powerful tools like internet, grievance reddressal forums, RTI Act, powerful forums in various forms, Ombudsmen in all spheres like banking and other public organisations....and if citizens of the area join together for a common cause keeping aside all petty and personal differences, it may not be a problem at all to curb all these ugly happenings.

whatever happened in bangalore is a shame, death of the kid is disheartening but why such an uprising over saddam's hanging, where were all these people when he massacred his own countrymen. why suddenly such botheration now???, i feel they are instigated by some external sources not friendly to india, such a nexus should nipped in the bud. the riots seems to be a fallout of total failure of the intelligence authorities.

The answer above by ulagam is one more example of how people can loot Muslim properties and kill an innocent 12 years old Muslim child and finally they can all join together and put the blame on Muslims. This is what they have been doing consistantly and God forbids, i think they are planning something very bad like Gujarat.
