hey i have a question for anyone who knows, im married my husband lives outside the usa but its had living seperate, if i stay with him 6 months and come live 6 months in usa is the immigration going to ask me why and take my green card when im entering america????? do they ask why r u staying? i read it says to get ur citizenship u can stay 6 months but not more and u must do this for 5 years but stay in america 30 months within the 5 years so i know that part but i have stayed 11 months last year they asked why i told them my husband lives there so i stayed but im already here in usa for 6 months may i go back to him?? and then return within 6 months or is that a problem will they say why do u keep going back???? plz answer?

i am the other way my hubby is American and i am British i have stayed over there and he has stayed over here so many forms to fill in i still don't understand it all but hope you find your answer good luck

Thats a really weired marriage arrangement you two have. Make up your mind you either staying here or stay where you are that is that simple.

When I was asked to marry my US/GI soldier, I stood with him 100% and came to the USA.
So what's the hang over Girl.
Talk to an immigration lawyer.
