Migraines do strange things to the vascular systems, but usually we tend to think of just in the head. One patient even had paralysis due to nothing but a migraine. Perhaps your medicine for the migraine was the actual cause of the numbness in the fingers ....the one I take can cause tingling in my fingers if I have to increase the dose.....thats the side affect of it.
Just be sure to mention to your doctor when it is happening though so he can be alert to that.

well the most likely thing is your hand / feet etc whatever fell asleep due to it being in some kind of position in which blood isn't flowing properly. just move it around some. the other is when the arms and legs (toes fingers) on one side are numb which usually means that you are about to have a heart attack. just walk around some your hand foot whatever is asleep

you need to see your doctor asap
I get migraine head aches and they don't give me numbness AT ALL.
don't waist any time. Make an appointment tomorrow.
