It is the canned "How To Dump Your B/F or G/F" recipe. It should never be texted or e-mailed, but is perfect for the creep who does not want to face the person. It has a kernel of truth but the "we can be friends" statement makes me livid. You go from a lover to chopped liver!!!

Sound almost exactly what my brother in law said to my sister when he asked her for a divorce. They did not stay friends. And he married a women 14 years younger than him less than a month after their divorce was final.
