yes, green tea extracts do improve fat metabolism. there is tons of medical study that has proven this.

will drinking green tea alone make you slim? highly unlikely.

supplements like green tea have a very small effect on fat loss when used alone. if you exercise more, count calories, increase water intake, increase protein intake, consume more complex high fiber carbs, eat more fruits and veggies and get plenty of healthy fats in your diet all of these little things have an additive effect on the metabolism and fat loss.
