I am a performer, more specifically a singer. I have recently been given the opportunity to perform overseas (I am in the United States). I have never traveled that far as a performer and I do not know what to charge. The night club will pay my airfare, cabfair to and from the club, and they will provide me two meals on the days the I work. I would work five days a week for eight weeks. I would do three 45 minute sets a night. They also have an apartment that performers stay in so they provide lodging. I am not a big name, but I do get a lot of standing ovations and accolades when I perform. Does anyone know what an appropriate price would be?
I was think about $250.00 a night or $750 a week.

First off, congratulations! You're getting there baby!
When I used to preform 3 shows a night for 2 nights I charged $500.00 a night. So, I'd clear $1,000.00 a week.
$1,000.00 a week for a feature performer is very reasonable. I think you ought to try to get at least that much, considering the length of your obligation.

Dude, I would ask for at least $300 per night. That is $100 per set. $1500 a week. Don't short change yourself. If you bring the customers in and get standing ovations, then darn it, get paid for it!
Good luck!

$ 750 a week, or, even more, judging from the write-up above!
