I think it depends on how much she was in love with him, how long they dated and so on. I have Exs I am still friends with. Some I wouldn't dare be friends with cause of the feelings I had for them at one time. Maybe you need to get to know this guy. Is it supposed to be her friends are my friends and my friends are hers? See if you all can hang out, See how they act together. Talk to her and tell her how you feel. But, sometimes she needs to respect your feelings and let him go. I have for my husband. Take a step back and make sure this is the girl you want to spend the rest of your life with. Cause trust is the number one thing in a relationship. If you can't trust her then its not meant to be. Be open and communicate.

Yeah, trust her. You can be insecure if you want. If she's lied to you before or has been unfaithful with you or someone else in the past, then maybe you should be a lil concerned. I think, if you've been cheated on before, it's perfectly normal to feel like that. You're a lil scarred and are just a lil scared to put complete trust until you're proven otherwise. So, maybe let her prove you right. It's your choice.

It depends on what kind of break up they had. If it was bad and she still wants to be around him, you should be worried about her feelings. If it was civil--no chemistry, better off as friends--then you shouldn't be worried. I'm still best friends with my ex and believe me I love him a whole lot more now that we're not together in a romantic relationship--been there done that. She's with you now and insecurity is not very attractive if it's not warranted.

Yes you should be. The fact that they broke up does not mean they are enemies and there is no reason for them not to be civil to each other. But to go out of her way to "hang out" with him and claim that they are just friends sounds a bit difficult for me. Ask her friends if they would not mind their boyfriends "hanging out" with their ex's, or for that matter if you started "hanging out" with your ex.

I can see why she would want to hang out with her ex. I wouldn't like it. You could ask her what's up with that and that you don't feel comfortable with it going on.

Not all situations are alike, but once I've moved on I don't want anything to do with my ex's except friendship. Don't worry about it till she gives you something to worry about.

It's kind of weird. I have never done it but everyone is different. If you're bothered by it, tell her. Even if it's innocent, she should not see him if it bothers you and respect your feelings on the matter.

No, I wouldn't really like it either, out of respect for you being her new boyfriend she should stop seeing him, thats what I would do!
