I haven't tried this
copycat of Olive Garden Alfredo Fettuccine recipe
1 pint heavy cream
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder, add in more to suit your taste if you prefer
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes over low heat.
Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.

I have a recipe but is isn't a real thick sauce...
1 Pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 C. Milk
3 Tbl. Butter
1 C. Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Heat the cream, milk, butter and spices to boiling. Turn down the heat to simmer or low and add the cheese. Simmer for 10 min. and make sure to stir to keep the cheese from sticking.

I dont know if this is perfect for everyone...but its perfect to me and my family!

Hi. I don't have the perfect Alfredo recipe or anything. But I can tell you that. The Pasta is Great and the Sauce, It just melts in your mouth. My Family always have this with tuna, peas and carrots every thursday. You should try it.

15 gr Garlic (Finely Chopped)
500ml Fresh Cream or you can also change to fresh milk to reduce the cost
150 gr greshly grated parmesan Cheese
first you saute garlic with olive oil, add the milk/cream and freshly grated parmesan cheese, stir it untill the cream or milk turn to slightly thick. add seasoning salt and black pepper crusted, turn off the heat, add the cooked pasta (fettuccine, or other shapped pasta) into the sauce, toss it well, serve immedietly.
you can also add another grated parmesan cheese to give more cheezy flavour.

classico alfredo sauce, add 1/2-1 cup of milk, add some fresh parmesean, fresh mozzarella, italian herb mix and black pepper
