I have thousands of yellow cherry tomatoes growing in my garden and I am wondering can you use them to make a tomatoe chutney or a relish that you can jar?Or would it not work out right?

boil them gentle remove skin and make them puree( liquid paste)

put oil in pan and and ginger and garlic paste slim the puree to paste add chillie powder and salt and little vinegar if taste good you can produce large quantity and market it

Oh yummy!
Sounds like a great idea.
Just make sure to wash out the jars you're going to use in boiling hot water right before you fill them up.
You can put green chillies and garlic into your chutney too!!

Sure it should work. Or you could make salsa. Or yellow tomato sauce. Get a book on canning and go for it. I've canned figs before and they came out great. The key is to make sure the jars, lids and seals are sterile to keep bacteria from growing. And you get the fun of hearing the lids "pop" when they are done.
