Okay. I work with this girl and we get along very well. And after I finish talking to her others are wonder why I havent asked her out yet. We talk everytime we see each other and we talk about many subjects which I really wouldnt talk to some of my friends about. So, should I ask her out? I would love to, but if she say no it could kinda be heart breaking. I am not really sure If she feels the same way.

Of course!! You answered your own question - "I would love to" - that's it - just forget the fear and do it - she'll dig you for it.

Unless you want to have a forever friendship with her and don't want to jeapordize it (doesn't sound like the case) then you really have nothing to lose.

Since you have mutual aquaintances, then an easy way to go about it is to tell one of them you totally dig her. Then they will tell her and she will have some time to think about it. Then the next time you see her, you'll be able to tell by how she's acting if she wants you to ask her out or if she's avoiding you. No problem!

Definately do it! Life is for the living!

you could ask her out, but I wouldn't be heartbroken about not hooking up with a girl from work. If you do get serious not only do you have to spend all the time off of work with her but you are going to spend just as much with her at work too. Just keep getting to know her pretty and enjoy whatever time you spend with her. But just be advised if you do hook up and later on things don't work, you'll have more drama at work and in your life than you'll know how to handle, so consider that into your calculations.

Well, try to figure out if she fells the same about you as you do for her. Drop subtle hints every now and then, ask her friends if she talks about you, and ask her out.... just as friends first. See what happens.

Ask her out for lunch or something else and let it progress from there. This way you have a built-in safety factor and it allows you to ask her out for something more if she accepts.

Don't do it. Think about how awkward it will be when you break up, which odds are you will. Just repress your feelings for her as much as possible.
