I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Morning walker is useful, 15 mts twice a day, available for Rs: 4000.00 rupees. Along with that, you SHOULD drink 500 ml HOT WATER before and 500 ml HOT WATER after each session. No cold drinks should be consumed. you should also jog in place starting 1 minute morn & evening and increase this to 5 mts in a few weeks. Drink only HOT Water 3 litres per day.
Have Boiled vegetables 200 gms with whole wheat bread 4 slices, garnished with spiced tomato chutney without salt for breakfast, with weak tea.Take a laxative daily till you reach your optimum weight in a year or so.

Improvise on your selection of foods.

Treadmill in the morning and if you can find the time, another 15 or 20 minutes after dinner in the evenings.

Also, try lifting some weights. The added muscle will raise your resting metabolism. Muscle burns more calories while you are sitting at work than the equivalent weight of fat.

Go for the treadmill.
Because you using your arms as well as your legs, more muscles working, hence more burnt calories. You can also do some sit-ups to tighten the abs, while your loosing the kilos.
That morning walker might be good for a ankle massage afterwards only!

Walking is the best exercise. As matter of fact walking is the best than going to a Gym. Go for walking daily in the early mornings for half-an-hour. If you cover more distance walk slowly and if you walk fast distance can be reduced. Walk rhythmically without any jerks. Try to walk on a smooth surface instead of walking on patchy roads.
