Sosaseda (sp?) which is either round steak or London broil beef that is cut thin and tenderized a couple of times, then cut into strips about 4-5 inches long. You rub a little olive oil on it then put some breadcrumbs and parsley. Then roll it up and stick a toothpick through it, put bay leaf on one side and onion wedge on the other. Make 5-6 per person, cook for about 30-45 minutes, flipping it over when it is half cooked.
This, plus mashed potatoes and French bread is my favorite meal.

Penne Alla Patrizio
An Italian gathering of plump chicken breast, spinach, plum tomato and
bocconcini cheese, mastered together with fine herbs, garlic
and fresh cream. Tossed with penne noodles
Michaels On The Thames, London, Ontario.
I have only been there once but I still dream about this dish. So incredibly yummy. I've looked for a similar recipe online, but nothing. I'll have to buy great ingredients someday and try it myself. Or I'll have to visit Ontario again.

Baked cream of mushroom chicken (bone in) with mashed potatoes and corn and dinner rolls.
It's easy..bake chicken for 45 minutes at 350 degrees...(salt pepper and butter, basted, of coarse).
Add 2 cans of campbell's cream of mushroom soup...1 can of water. Mix together first in saucepan on stove..then pour over chicken. Baste once or twice.
Cook another 1/2 hour.
Yum, Yum, Yum...even if you don't like mushrooms! (Just ask my husband..he hates them..and this is now his favorite dish )!also!)
