at what age did you have your first serious relationship?
and your first kiss?
how did he/she ask you out or how did you ask them out?
were you friends first?
how long were you together?

I'm nearing 16 and I have many friends who are boys, but I have never been involved romantically with anyone, nor been kissed or anything. I feel a little out of the loop especially when everyone around me is starting to date. So when and how did all of you get started?

I was 13 when i realised this particular guy always staring and looking at me and when i look at him he would smile and move away, He was 17 yrs then. This went on for two years. When I was in the High School, i was 15 yrs and he knew a girl with whom i used to study. He wrote me a letter professing his love for me and put it into my science text book. I was so taken up with it because then i realised i too had the same feelings for him. My mum came across the letter and objected to this relationship. Then he moved away to work at Dubai and we still used to keep in touch only when he comes on leave once every 2 years. We used to think of each other no doubt during the time we were apart. He first kissed me in the year 2000 when i was 23yrs and he was 27yrs. Then our relationship was on a rocky part as there was lot of problems from my family though his family never objected. I always wanted to please my parents though my guy knew i loved him 2 much. THis went on for another 2 years and as he was going on in age, his mother wanted him to settle down soon and forced him to marry a girl. Now he is 33 yrs old, married and has a beautiful daughter and his wife is expecting another one. We are still in touch with each other and are very good friends and will be so till the rest of our lives. It was difficult for me initially, there were days when I used to cry for hours together and but am over it now and have taking it well.

First serious relationship was when I was 18.

Now my first kiss came at 15.

First serious relationship, we didn't really ask each other out, we just sort of fell into each other. We always seemed to end up at the same places. I guess I ended up asking her to go to this party with me.

I knew who she was but I wouldn't say we were friends, more like acquaintances.

We dated for about 8 months.

Don't sweat it and don't rush it. It will come along when it is supposed to. You are only 16, you have plenty of time ahead of you. Good luck.

I was 18 when I had my first SERIOUS relationship. My first kiss was when I was 5 lol but the real kiss was when I was about 15. The first kiss with my first serious boyfriend was actually before we actually started dating. We were friends before we started dating. Nobody asked anybody out, it just happened. We were together 4 months. My current boyfriend, however, is my first real love. We've been together 9 months now.

I think I was in 7th grade, I went out with him for 3 years. He was my 2nd kiss. A mutual friend of ours hooked us up, we were friends for many years before that. After that it took 2 years before I dated anyone else seriously. I don't mean sex either, I was graduated from high school before that one happened. But, your not out of the loop, I pray that my daughter will be like that, less to worry about. It's not a bad thing by any means, take your time enjoy your friends and concentrate on school and hanging out! Have a blast! Enjoy life as a child, because no matter what you do, you can't get them back! Good luck!

My first love, I met through a group of friends. I always ate lunch with the same group of girls and he always ate lunch with the same group of boys. Then one of my friends started dating one of his friends, so we all started hanging out after we would finish lunch. We sat next to each other a couple of time and then one day I wrote him a note (I told him it was because I was bored) and then he wrote back the next day. That went on for about a week and then he wrote in one of the notes and asked if I would go to the mall with him on Saturday. That was my first date! We just walked around the mall and talked. We never even went into a store. It took him about 3 months to kiss me, though, because we were both 15 and we were nervous. It was nice, though, because the first time it happened, it was just natural, like we had been kissing forever. Nothing awkard about it at all.

you shouldn't feel bad cuz your not dating and all your friends are. It's hard to see it in high school but you will see with time high school romance are usually unhealthy and very unstable. My first real girlfriend ended really badly. We weren't friends first but I liked her for a long time. She rode the bus with me and she was very quiet. I was crazy she was crazy it was just a bad match and year later it ended violently. It's a learning experience that is apart of life. Didn't date till he was 18 and he is still seeing the girl he is with 3 years later and they are stuck together in relationship that neither one wants to be in. They have been living together for over a year with his mom and they hate each other. The family does not like her and she is mean to everyone. It takes alot of work to have a healthy relationship but most high school kids don't know how to have one (Lord knows I don't) alot has to do with how you are raised.

16. Our first kiss was the first time we hung out- the next day after she gave me her number. We fell in love a couple weeks later, but were scared to get too involved since we lived over 300 miles apart. We visited and I asked her out as we were laying on my bed, talking. We've been together since and we're happily engaged =]

I am 21. Ive had many gf's and I now know one thing. LOVE IS HARD TO FIND. honestly, Ive never loved a girl. It is unfortuante, but it is rare. true love? what is that? i guess you will only know after time. 20 years from now, do you think you'll stilll have the same eact feeliungs for him/her? hells no. You will change. However, you will feel a bondSomething that can only be achieved through time, trial and error, drama, good times, and bad times. Love isnt something that pops out of your heart. It is built and molded. Hope this helps!
