That is one great big question.
The answer is that there are conflicting explanations, the chielf of which is that all matter was originally compressed in one location. When it exploded (called the big bang) matter scattered out from the centre and is STILL moving in those directions.
Eventually hot masses divided and cooled with water covering some planets such as earth. Then over time the chemical action of amino acids with electricity caused atoms of living matter to be formed.
The rest is history but it took 7 million years to do what I have written in three paragraphs.

The Hebrew word for create "baurau" means to organize. God organized the world from chaotic matter, much like a man builds a ship, using the materials at hand. Most believe that God made the world out of nothing, ex-nihilo, because baurau was translated as "create" in English. They suppose from the word create that God made the earth out of nothing. This is foolishness. Matter or energy cannot be created nor destroyed and therefore it can be changed or organized or reorganized, but never made from nothing. In fact, the pure elements of matter are co-eternal with God.

One might say that God did not 'create' the world. It is probably better to say that God 'realized' that it existed, and from the realization all other realizations came forward.
The universe does not begin with the number zero. It begins with the number 1. Zero is actually a 'one' that doesn't know itself because it has no distinction. Bend the number one back towards itself and you get zero, no distinction. Unbend a zero and you get the 'first' realization: 1.
From one you get two, from two you get three, etc etc etc.

By the Words of His mouth. He spoke them into existence. That's why Abraham's faith was so awesome. He understood the power of the Creator's voice alone to call those things into being which were not.
"Integrated Integrity
Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. (KJV)
Read Genesis and notice how over and over again you read, "God said." God does not create as we do. We must conceive, design, and manipulate matter to create. God simply speaks. His word has power of creation.
Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
This is the difference between the Word of God and the words of man. Our words are filled with doubt and uncertainty. We say "try" or "maybe" or "perhaps" about something. Yet, even when we state something with presumed certainty, the words contain no inherent power. But, God's word has absolute integrity and because of that has the very power of creation within it. When God speaks, reality is. If God's word did not have this integrity, the world itself would not remain, if it existed at all. When God has spoken something, we can rely with complete confidence that it is true. It is this integrity of God's word that is the basis of our faith.
John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Jesus is that Word of God made flesh. Within Him is that complete integrity and the very power of creation. When Jesus spoke a thing, it was true. If He said, "Heal" then healing was. If He said, "Raise from the dead" the dead became alive. When He cursed the fig tree, it withered and died.
Mark 11:21-22 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. (KJV) " http://pheugo.com/faithmatters/integrity.html

Probley from the big bang.No one really knows.
Just have faith.
Remember that believeing means believeing without seeing.Other then that ,it's factually which doesn't mean you believe at all because you already seen the facts. After the evidence has been proven then there is no need to believe cause it's for certain true.

Scripture says that He spoke it into existence.
That is pretty incredible
But so are eternal life, omnipresence, omniscience, and loving depraved mankind enough to die for him.
