I usually have a bowl of cereal with either toast and butter or jelly, toaster scramblers/breakfast hot pockets, a banana, muffin, or snack cakes. And then either a glass of milk or orange juice or a cup of tea.

I usually have plain yogurt with blueberries and honey. Or I have oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins and milk and honey. A whole wheat bagel with no fat cream cheese. Or eggs that have omega three added. I make a cheese omelet. I usually have a cup of green tea and honey. So many options I never run out of ideas.

Generally, whatever is just easy to make. Sometimes a sandwich if I am going to work and making one for lunch anyway. Lately, a couple of pieces of cheddar cheese. Quick and easy! And it usually lasts me the 4-5 hours till lunch.
