I have played sports in high school and know how to use weights and know some about body building just can't seem to find something I can stick to cause of my schedual and I have a friend that wants to lift with me... now i have gone back to school i have found that i have some free time and want to get back into shape. if u need anymore details feel free to e-mail me and if u have a diet that helps with the program please include it.....
