My Hair Is curly. I been thinking its all natural. But It really looks awful on me. My Dad wont let me use an iron straightner, shampoo and conditioner, and Gel/hairspray because It his "HIs" expereince that he used those and he ended up bald.
I tiy to argue him about it and he gets angry. So is there any other technique or homemade way I can straighten my hair?

IT IS seriously in a curly/wavy kinda of type. I tried just pulling it and apply soap and water for a good hour and it still ends up curly/wavy.

Get a round brush with soft Brussels. While your hair is about 90% dry take the brush and blow dry from the top of the scalp to the ends of the hair while putting pressure on the brush. This should straighten out your hair significantly.

You can use blow dried to do that, it won't be like the straghtener but it will work. Your father is quiet right. All of the ones you said, are really harmful for the hair, specially the iron, but still you can use it sometimes when you go to party.

Try hair Cream, that's less harmful, and makes hair softer, apply it and then use a bandana or something like that to keep the hair in that way and then open it(at night sleep with the bandana and open it in the morning).

first of all, you should love your natural hair. but if you really want it straight for an occasion, try brushing it compeltely when its wet. keep brushing it and styling it every 15 mins until compeltely dry. use something that claps together like a straightener and pretend its your straightener. it wont work as well, but it will help a little. it will also save your hair from the awful frying.

you can apply henna, it helps in straightening.
Also you can ty this homemade hair pack, it does work:
whip 2 eggs, any hair oil, preferably olive oil (10ml) till the quantity just quadruples. You need to use an electronic whipper. use that fluffy frothy batter to paint all over your hair. shampoo it after 20 minutes, you will find relaxed and straight hair . To ward off the stink of eggs, you can add few drops of vinegar to the mixture.

if he doesnt let u used straighting irons. use a blow drier. if he doenst let u use a blow drier with heat use the cool mode and a round brush. it takes REALLY long but your hair gets semi-straight. other than that theres not much you can do.

Tell him you are going to get your hair cut and get it chemically straightened at a salon. That is total bull **** that you can not straighten your hair. I would be pissed and probably do it behind his back, it is the only way.
