I know in the teaching of Islam that anybody from us is born with the instinct that there is no other god but God < our creator >.
but many people with the influence of their parents (or other people arround) become buddhists, atheists, christians.....
But Christians believe that Jesus is not a prophet, but he is son of God who came to die for our sins.
so if you were left on an island from the age of 6 until you die. would you sin? if not , does it not contradict your teachings about Jesus?
Please I want honesty in your answers. I am seeking honest Christians, no bad words. we are just looking for the truth.

If I was to be left on an island, I would not sin , because I would not know what is a sin .then in our teachings which is based in the worship of God who forgives the sins, and punishes the sinners if he wants so, and reward the good doers if they believe in him, and grant them paradise with his mercy, doesn't contradict anything. .

If you dont know it's a sin then its not a sin. You cant choose right from wrong if you dont know what it is. It's when you know its wrong and do it anyway that its a sin. And no, it doesnt contradict the teachings of Jesus since no one has every lived in such a scenario. If someone was stranded on an island at 6 (as you say) the probably died not too long after.

Christian.

Everybody has a sin nature, that's why we believe that Jesus came and died and took our punishment so God in his love would not have to punish our sins and we would not have to do blood sacrifices so Jesus was the last blood sacrifice forgiving all our sins for now and forever and we believe that he was God incarnate and he did it to tell us of his kingdom and to send his HOLY SPIRIT into all who believe in his word. Now Muslims say Jesus is a prophet, then why don't you believe what he said, a prophet comes from God and speaks Gods words to us and he did, but you do not believe what he said, he said he was the messiah and God incarnate. Once you get his spirit found in John 3 this stuff will become very clear!

I guess you wouldn't have the opportunity to sin against others, but you could still fail to honor God. Besides, Christians believe in a doctrine called "original sin" -- as heirs of Adam, we inherit his sin nature. So even our righteousness is filthy rags.

I wish we could dialog on this format. When people ask serious questions, I hate to just give some pat little answer. Thanks for asking a sincere question.

EDITED to add: Re: babies who die. Catholics had a (I don't know the word -- not a doctrine but something many Catholics believe) called limbo for babies who died before they were baptized. They recently said it wasn't true. But we have to trust in the goodness of God.

Also, when Peter spoke to the jailor, and the man said "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" Peter said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved -- you and your family." So maybe there is some mechanism where babies of believing parents are saved through their parents' beliefs. But I'm skating on thin ice here as this is a big extrapolation.

Of course we do not want to sin for Jesus talks about how sin destroys -"If your arm causes you to sin, cut it off" I'm not sure how living on an island makes a difference in sinfull behavior. If so the people in Hawaii are in trouble, =)

In every man God has givin a concience so the good man, if he did not know of Jesus and did just things in his life could go to heaven.

Jesus is the living Son of the living God. Jesus said if you have seen me you have seen the Father. Jesus also said me and the Father are one. We are all sinners in need of a Savior and that Savior is none other than Jesus. We cannot get into Heaven my ourselfs because not one is rightous in the sight of God, not one. Aposile Paul said our good works are like filthy rags to God. God is so Holy and just, that God will not let anyone in his Holy presence that will difile his kingdom. God's standards demands perfection, and since non of us are perfect, we need a Savior. Now since Jesus was sinnless, God put all of our sins on his precious shoulders, even though he know no sin. Jesus aid no man comes unto the Father, except through me. God is Holy, and because Christ died for sinners like us those that put their trust in the Savior, and repent your sins to God in the name of Jesus will live, because sin leads to death. sinners that trust Christ can walk into God's presence cleasned by the blood of Jesus, Jesus said if you do not believe I AM who I AM you will die in your sins, and death leads to Hell for those that are not in Christ, So pleases I urge you trust Jesus, do not trust religion. Jesus is not about religion it is about a relationship.with a loving savior who died for you.

Yes because we are sinners, we would learn about sin because the bible talks alot about it. We would still ask for forgiveness , and pray for others for the sins they have commited
