like Singapore do questions come from people in Singapore or can they see the questions from the USA yahoo answers? Do we see questions from people in Singapore? I am just wondering.

Some of the answers sites overlap. I've gotten messages about my answers from users on the UK site and the Australian site and I'm on the US site. I'm not sure if all of the sites overlap though.

I know that when I go on the UK site I can select between the UK questions only and all the English questions. So for Singapore I guess it is the same.

My guess is, everybody can see the questions from the US yahoo answer, or rather, so long the question is in English, PLUS
the country you login your yahoo a/c. For example, if you loginin uk, you'll also see question asked from UK a/c.
Just my guessing.....
