As someone previously stated, you need to download them onto your computer. To do this, you must first download it from a website, such as the examples given by others, and www.dafont.com. After downloading the font, extract it so that a "truetype" file is visible. Leaving the window open that contains the truetype file, open up My Computer=>C:/=>Windows=>Fonts. Drag the font from the window into the pool of other fonts. After the file successfully transfers, that font will be accessible from photoshop.
Thank You.

My dear, there are two types of font. TTF & ATM.
you first load Adobe Type manager )at the installetion time in customise mood you will find it. or get it from Pagemaker by Adobe. It is free. Now Run that program and locate your downloaded PFB & PFM (Outline and Matrix of fonts) files from internet to add on your OS.
If you installed more fonts your FONT CACHE may be full (causes slow performing or your ICON.DLL will be corrupt).
Hope you know font size (in point) 72 is highest you can use for print.
This is better to install more ATM fonts than TTF fonts.
Best of luck,
Thank you.
