Beers referred to as "Non-alcoholic" actually can legally have up to 0.5% alcohol content. As a result, some states do in fact restrict non-alcoholic beer sales to certain age groups.

In fact according to wikipedia the U.S. military deems so-called non-alcoholic beer on equal terms with alcoholic beer as far as "no fly after drinking beer" rules are concerned.

I don't know where you're from, so you'll have to check your local laws to see if there are any actual restrictions on buying non-alcoholic beer in your area.
